CostWatch was founded in 2009 by a small group of engineers, focused on water conservation programs, developing a smart metering system designed to detect leaks of all levels. We soon grew to offer monitoring and sub-metering services for multi-tenant properties, expanding our monitoring capabilities to electricity and other environmental conditions. We have grown to become a respected utilities management consultant, delivering large savings to our existing clients.
